Anti-Spam Policy

GastroPerks does not permit purchased address lists, address harvesting, unsolicited bulk email, or misleading referral messages.

Restaurant referrals

A contractor may refer a restaurant only when the referral is relevant and the contractor has an existing business, personal, family, or non-business relationship with the recipient. The contractor must identify the individual contact and attest to that relationship before an invitation is sent.

Limited introductory email

GastroPerks sends one introductory email for a contractor-and-restaurant referral. We do not send another referral invitation for that pair after successful delivery unless the recipient registers or separately provides consent.

Identification and opting out

Referral emails identify GastroPerks and the referring contractor, explain why the message was sent, provide contact information, and include a working opt-out link. Restaurant opt-outs are added to a suppression list that prevents future referral invitations to that address.

Abuse prevention

Invitation pages use private expiring links, rate limits, duplicate controls, validation, and audit timestamps. GastroPerks may suspend a referral code when misuse is suspected.

Questions or abuse reports can be sent to information@gastroperks.com.
